Celebrate Multiformity
Part of progression is recognizing that our differences aren’t detractors from cohesion but, rather, bonds that hold together every great business. Diversity makes room for different perspectives fueled by cultural inspiration, personal experiences and individual creativity. To encourage its expansion, we must celebrate this diversity. Data is a lot more than just surveys and averages - data provides insights. These insights are valuable assets when it comes to steering a business around obstacles and ensuring that a growth mindset is prioritized. By adhering to this line of thinking, sup utilizes data to ensures that our decisions are always evidence-based, never assumptions, and that we are always keeping social responsibility in our sightline.
Transparency is paramount
If knowledge is power, a step toward empowering all people is providing them with clear and concise information. This line of thinking pushed transparency from being a business procedure at sup, to a life principle. Transparency calls upon researched ideologies and creates room for constructive feedback, ensuring that we are all learning from one another and advancing together. Be your most authentic self
A lot of companies forget that employees are, first and foremost,  individual people. When you cram individuals into a mold it prevents their best attributes from shining through. This leads to burnt out employees spending 40+ hours a week pretending to be something they’re not. We’re sick of that at sup, which is exactly why we encourage all of our employees to always stay true to who they are. From dyed hair to tattoos we want everyone to have their humanity respected. Giving employees the ability to be themselves leads not only to a more engaged company but enhancements to the overall company culture as well.
Social responsibility is our responsibility
There is only one Earth and now, more than ever, she is in desperate need of help. Providing that aid means not just focusing our attention on the environment, but all of the pressures placed upon society as well. That is why all of our social responsibility efforts center around enrichment for all of Mother Nature’s creatures, human and “other.” Only then can we create lasting peace and interconnectedness.

When one of your missions as an organization is to change the world for the better, you cannot rely on traditional means to get you to the finish line. By seeking new and unconventional lenses to view the world through we are also discovering and developing improved, modern ways of doing things.
